Scott brings more than two decades of behavioral health and healthcare leadership to 33 Health Group. He has served as CEO, interim CEO, COO, and strategic advisor across specialty hospitals and multi-site provider networks.

Scott founded 33 Health Group in 2019 to bring hands-on executive leadership and strategic advisory to healthcare organizations, investors, and operating teams. He helps leadership teams make decisions about growth, performance, and transactions with a clear view of how they will affect the delivery of care.
His career covers adult and pediatric healthcare, substance use and mental health services, developmental care, and telehealth. He serves as Executive Director of Recovery First Treatment Center and has held an interim CEO role with Bradford Health Services.
At Recovery First, he helped launch a music and creative expression program that draws on his background as a musician and his work in addiction recovery.
